All applicants ought to know these basics about Cite Du Temps before applying or interviewing for any role.

Cité du Temps is Swatch Group’s cultural and brand showcase in Biel/Bienne, bringing together exhibitions, events, and immersive storytelling around Swiss watchmaking under one roof.
For job seekers, it offers a rare vantage point on how a major luxury group translates heritage into public experience across brands such as Omega, Breguet, and Blancpain.
Because it operates as a visitor-facing destination rather than a single product maison, careers there can blend hospitality, exhibition production, education, communications, and luxury client experience.
Its location in Biel/Bienne places it at the heart of Swiss horology, close to the industrial and corporate ecosystem of Swatch Group and specialist entities like ETA and Nivarox.
Cité du Temps is especially relevant for candidates interested in cultural mediation, brand storytelling, and event programming rather than traditional boutique retail or manufacturing roles.
Working there can provide broad exposure to multiple watchmaking identities and audiences, making it a distinctive entry point into the wider Swiss luxury-watch world.
