All applicants ought to know these basics about OTB Group before applying or interviewing for any role.

OTB Group—founded by Renzo Rosso in 2002—built its reputation as a luxury fashion holding company with an entrepreneurial culture that often gives creative talent significant room to experiment.
For job seekers, OTB is notable for combining established labels with avant-garde positioning, including brands such as Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Jil Sander, and Viktor&Rolf within one portfolio.
Its name stands for “Only The Brave,” signaling a group identity centered on boldness, unconventional thinking, and a willingness to back distinctive creative directions.
Unlike more centralized luxury conglomerates, OTB has often emphasized preserving each house’s individual DNA, which can make careers there appealing for candidates who value brand-specific storytelling and autonomy.
OTB has also invested beyond fashion labels into production and innovation capabilities, giving employees exposure to both creative brand building and the operational side of luxury craftsmanship.
Because the group spans contemporary fashion, couture-adjacent creativity, and global distribution, careers at OTB can offer broader cross-brand mobility than working at a single standalone house.
