Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup expertise to provide personalized, consultative in-store beauty experiences that educate and delight customers
- Collaborate with team members to execute engaging in-store events and demonstrations
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence throughout the retail space to enhance brand presentation and competitive positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during assigned shifts

Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrable creative and technical expertise accepted

- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
While previous retail makeup experience or professional makeup artistry certification is preferred, the company welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical capabilities and a passion for customer engagement.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required.
