Aveda hiring Part-Time Key Holder in Etobicoke, ON—retail supervisor role with coaching, cash handling, and store operations responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring compliance with store procedures and security protocols
- Lead by example, modeling desired sales behaviors and operational standards for the retail team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a smooth and efficient store environment
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store and individual targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory or key holder experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
