The Floor Supervisor leads the sales floor at Calvin Klein in Edmonton, supporting daily sales goals, customer experience, store operations, and brand standards while opening and closing the store as a key holder. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, initiate conversations that support sales, and build connections with the brand.
- Open and close the store as a key holder.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Represent the brand by staying current on its fashion and engaging customers to build lasting affinity.
- Process merchandise, replenish stock, and remerchandise the sales floor in line with the brand’s vision.
- Promote pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while fostering uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Support store operations and help maintain brand standards and visuals.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
