Canada Goose Retail Operations Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute all operating standards in partnership with store leadership.
• Use register systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
• Maintain sales-floor and stockroom inventory, replenishing the floor as needed.
• Keep the stockroom and non-merchandise areas organized to support a seamless customer journey.
• Support the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the store.
• Process shipments in a timely manner.
• Deliver a superior guest journey reflecting Canadian Warmth.
• Advise customers on their needs through expert product knowledge.
• Drive conversion and units per transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising that reflects a luxury lifestyle brand.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
• Contribute to a positive, productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in educational initiatives and strategies, demonstrating curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth.
• Consistently demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• A proven record of successful sales experience.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.
• Experience in a high-traffic environment is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and flexibility to work retail hours, including standard, peak, and holiday periods.
• Time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to conditions that may affect the overall customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and recognize when guidance is needed.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, are an asset.
• Proficiency in another language is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 25 per hour.
