Role & Responsibilities
- Cover absences in plant sewing operations for active styles and new samples within the assigned category.
- Work as a piecework operator and scan completed operations under the correct job numbers.
- Learn operations across styles to cross-train and expand individual skills.
- Assist with the production of PPS and salesman samples.
- Complete tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of operators.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and concepts related to apparel manufacturing.
- Exceptional leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident, articulate, organized, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work proactively and as part of a team, and handle challenges.
- Willingness to move between operations or change operations at any time.
