The Beauty Advisor creates personalized, one-to-one client experiences at Chanel’s Holt Renfrew Bloor counter, delivers consultations and client care, and drives sales and customer loyalty. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week temporary contract through September 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales while delivering superior client service, responding to customer needs, and encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and sincere client service.
- Extend exceptional client care through consultations.
- Apply selling skills to customers’ needs.
- Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account.
- Grow the customer base and build future business.
- Develop strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
