Chanel Counter Manager position in Scarborough, ON. Drive beauty sales and deliver luxury client experiences 30 hours/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service through personalized consultations and attentive engagement
- Generate sales volume while maintaining the Chanel luxury brand positioning and client experience standards
- Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives for the fragrance and beauty account
- Expand customer base and build sustainable business through relationship development
- Execute effective in-store communication and collaboration with retail partners
- Demonstrate product expertise and relate solutions to individual customer needs
Qualifications
- Proven retail or counter management experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of luxury brand values and positioning
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, luxury brand retail, or counter management is required.
Education
Secondary education required; retail or customer service training preferred.
