Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, tailored client service in line with CHANEL’s Client Service Values, ensuring each client feels understood, valued and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations through refined, personalized service that builds meaningful connections and long-term loyalty.
• Optimize the client journey by understanding individual preferences, offering styling advice and providing seamless after-sales service.
• Master product knowledge, guide clients expertly and maximize sales opportunities with the highest level of professionalism.
• Proactively achieve and surpass personal and boutique sales goals in alignment with commercial objectives.
• Stay informed about trends, product offerings and boutique updates, ensuring client interactions reflect CHANEL’s commitment to timeless elegance and innovation.
• Support daily boutique operations, including back-of-house functions, assisting with alterations and ensuring products are handled properly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to uphold merchandising standards and optimize the boutique’s visual presentation.
• Follow up with clients promptly and efficiently, maintain accurate data capture and support a seamless, elevated service experience.
• Uphold CHANEL’s prestige through impeccable personal presentation and refined etiquette.
• Represent CHANEL’s sophistication and legacy in every interaction, serving as a trusted ambassador of the House.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering outstanding service.
• A natural ability to build strong, personalized client relationships and meet and exceed client needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and a polished, sophisticated image aligned with CHANEL’s brand values.
• A passion for fashion and luxury, and a desire to share expertise and inspire others through exceptional service.

Proven experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 55,000 to CAD 60,000 per annum.
