Chanel hiring Finance Business Partner in Candiac, QC. Support luxury divisions' financial planning and analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial trends and synthesize short- and medium-term financial forecasts for fashion, watches, and fine jewelry divisions
- Support annual budget preparation and medium-term planning for assigned divisions
- Monitor and update expense tracking and financial forecasts on an ongoing basis
- Control and review monthly expenditures across retail points of sale and departments within fashion and watches/fine jewelry
- Develop financial models and performance indicators to support business partners' decision-making
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and management teams
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and cross-functional departments to inform strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, fashion, or related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in finance or financial analysis
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Passion for luxury goods and the luxury sector
Skills
Experience
3+ years of professional experience in finance, financial planning, accounting, or related business analysis roles. Experience with luxury goods, fashion, or multi-divisional organizations is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, fashion, or related disciplines.
