Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales plans, analyse performance metrics by store and Territory Manager, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives
  • Oversee Territory Managers and field teams, fostering a culture of excellence centred on client experience and service quality
  • Ensure execution of marketing campaigns and merchandising initiatives, maintaining compliance with Chanel's brand and hygiene standards across all counters
  • Manage stock planning to anticipate market trends and seize commercial opportunities within the beauty and fragrance category
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Training, Merchandising, CRM/e-retail, and Marketing to execute national initiatives cohesively
  • Conduct team development, implement personalised training programmes, manage recruitment and onboarding, and handle HR matters
  • Support boutique operations, including participation in store openings, closings, renovations, and recruitment of beauty demonstrators for key launches
  • Monitor client relationship management practices and handle escalated client situations with discernment and professionalism
  • Communicate regional performance, opportunities, and territory issues to senior management whilst building relationships with Store Managers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in regional sales management within beauty, fragrance, or luxury sectors
  • Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products, with multi-supplier experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, communication, and follow-up capabilities
  • Natural leadership with proven ability to mobilize and unite teams toward ambitious commercial goals
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sales data and performance metrics
