Chanel Sales and Stock Support role in Toronto - Full-time position supporting boutique operations with 1-3 years retail experience required. CAD $55,000 + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone, responding promptly to internal and external queries while keeping clients informed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, boutique management, and head office, responding promptly to all requests
  • Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel's customer service standards including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, and escorting clients to the door
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across boutiques and with Chanel head office as required
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed
  • Accurately document messages and deliver them to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner
  • Work effectively within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in staff areas
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs
  • Assist in inventory management including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and consolidation
  • Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity and organization
  • Keep back-office areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Prepare and stock cash and wrap stations

Qualifications

  • Successful experience of 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; second language is a plus
  • Comfortable working across different departments and teams

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 55,000 per annum.
