CHANEL seeks a Watches and Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist for its Oakridge Boutique in Vancouver, on a permanent, full-time basis. The specialist drives sales across the division, including high-end watches and High Jewelry, delivers attentive client service and after-sales follow-up, and supports merchandising, stock checks and local events. The competitive base salary is CAD 80,000–83,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a luxurious client experience by asking relevant questions to establish needs and preferences before presenting products.
- Apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales opportunities across all division categories, including high-end watches and High Jewelry.
- Act as the Watches and Fine Jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors who introduce these pieces to clients.
- Monitor company and boutique sales targets and performance, working toward all commercial objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with team members to support local events.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Assist with regular stock checks and provide attentive after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and uphold the required standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Knowledge of operational standards and tasks.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
