Clarins seeks temporary esthetician in Laval, Quebec. Deliver spa treatments, retail sales, and exceptional client experiences at the Skin Spa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Clarins facial, body, and massage treatments using established protocols
- Perform manicures and pedicures in accordance with brand standards
- Conduct client consultations and provide personalized product recommendations
- Execute retail product sales aligned with client needs and treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and follow-up scheduling
- Actively engage in spa promotions and events while generating productivity ideas
- Build and cultivate loyal client relationships to enhance spa performance
- Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to allocated treatment durations
- Provide complimentary product demonstrations and usage instructions at point of sale
- Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Professional esthetics diploma or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated experience in skincare treatments (facial, body, exfoliation, pedicure, manicure, makeup, waxing)
- Proven retail sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the beauty market and spa operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Punctuality, discretion, and professional integrity
- Dynamic, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
