Coach seeks Acting Lead Supervisor in Mirabel, Quebec. Lead retail operations at Montreal Premium Outlets with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales floor and stockroom operations
- Provide direct, actionable feedback to team members and address performance issues
- Build and maintain effective team morale and cohesion
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Develop direct reports through challenging assignments and career discussions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and act with customer needs in mind
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation
- Handle operational decisions with incomplete information when necessary
- Create a feeling of belonging and open dialogue within the team
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Demonstrated competency in courage, creativity, customer focus, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
