Coach Lead Cashier in Vaughan, Ontario. Deliver exceptional service at luxury retail checkout with POS expertise, cashier mentoring, and strong customer focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
- Promote the Insider Program and add-on sales including gift cards throughout transactions
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all operational policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues promptly
- Train and mentor cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational best practices
- Manage flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile technology
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail operations software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holiday periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
No specific educational credential required; a combination of education and professional retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
