Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions aligned with Coach brand values
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales, gift cards, and loyalty enrollment
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and strict compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and stockroom materials (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs); bend, kneel, and climb as needed on sales floor and in stockroom
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for peak seasons
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift regularly (up to 25 lbs) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs)

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.60 to CAD 19 per hour.
