Coach Cashier III position in Richmond, BC. Lead checkout operations with POS expertise and luxury retail experience. Part-time, $18.25–$21.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout through warm greetings and genuine interactions, creating lasting impressions aligned with Coach Service standards
  • Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift card offerings as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and adherence to all operational policies and compliance requirements
  • Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly to management
  • Assist in training and mentoring cashier team members to uphold service and operational excellence standards
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; navigate sales floor and stockroom through climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift and carry merchandise regularly
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as needed

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
