Coach is seeking a Lead Retail Supervisor at CrossIron Mills in Rocky View, Alberta, to lead sales-floor performance, implement business initiatives, develop the team, and elevate customer experience through clienteling and operational support. The role is full-time and includes a base pay range of CAD 21–26 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Coach and its values as a Brand Ambassador, increasing brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
- Maintain a growth mindset toward business and personal development initiatives.
- Build trust, act with integrity, and foster collaboration across the store and organization to promote a fair, positive experience and an inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualized team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and advanced training as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance, and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
- Help execute innovative strategies that create exceptional experiences for internal and external partners.
- Build a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor the team in clienteling strategies to develop long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district when the leadership team is absent.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, climb, and kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
- Able to regularly lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
