Coach Sales Associate role in Halton Hills, Ontario. Luxury retail position offering $17.60–$22.00/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection requirements
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales and stockroom areas
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles; luxury retail background is preferred. Experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling systems, and social media-driven sales is advantageous. Applicants with equivalent education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal tertiary education required. Combination of relevant work experience and professional training may substitute for formal educational credentials.

Compensation
