Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and appropriately stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently—purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required to ensure seamless store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage strong team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- One or more years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Preferred: luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling skills, and data acquisition expertise

One or more years of sales experience; luxury retail background is preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape is valuable. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media engagement is advantageous.
