Coach Sales Associate position in Richmond, BC: Luxury retail sales role offering $18.25–$21.50/hr, part-time at Designer Outlet Vancouver.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Experience with POS operations and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency with basic computer applications including iPad and laptop navigation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret price and release sheets
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail seasons
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or fashion environment. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered. Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling data acquisition skills are preferred.
