Coach seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at its Richmond Centre location. This role combines luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue through client relationship building, cross-selling, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness and organization, ensure adequate stock levels, and adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as required
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity. Experience with POS systems, mobile technology, and social media platforms is valued. Luxury retail background, clienteling proficiency, and social media content creation experience are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and professional sales experience will be considered.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
