Coach Sales Associate, Toronto: Luxury retail role blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and team leadership. CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr, part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Manage high-energy sales floor activities and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs and customer requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance and engagement
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and product positioning
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad and laptop navigation)
- Ability to read price sheets, release sheets, and operate retail walkie-talkies
- Ability to work at a fast pace while lifting 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales and stockroom spaces
- Strong English language proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media acumen, and experience with live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling expertise and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail environments; demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals; proficiency in engaging customers and executing multi-channel selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
