Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and clienteling
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and community initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention and security protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles) in a professional environment; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and Internet applications
• Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive retail landscape, and current product releases
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to build rapport with clients

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier, stock, or sales positions is valued. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; education and experience may be considered as alternative qualifications.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
