Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/payment media in strict compliance with policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support all sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries with confidence and product knowledge
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention protocols
• Lift and maneuver merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel as required

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

Not specified; a high school diploma or equivalent is implied by standard retail hiring practices.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
