Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in full compliance with policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, such as in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
