Diesel Stock Supervisor position in Toronto, ON. Lead inventory operations at Yorkdale retail location. Full-time role with team supervision responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the stock team in receiving, storing, replenishing, and organizing inventory across the stockroom
- Monitor stock levels continuously and coordinate with purchasing and management to maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure complete inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- Oversee stockroom and warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems, safety procedures, and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of stockroom processes and operational best practices
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to fulfill inventory requests and support store operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in stock management or warehouse operations within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stockroom management
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Previous experience in stock management, warehouse operations, or inventory control within a retail or fashion environment is required. Supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in inventory management or logistics is preferred.
