Diesel Stock Supervisor position in Toronto, ON. Lead inventory operations at Yorkdale retail location. Full-time role with team supervision responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the stock team in receiving, storing, replenishing, and organizing inventory across the stockroom
  • Monitor stock levels continuously and coordinate with purchasing and management to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure complete inventory accuracy and reconciliation
  • Oversee stockroom and warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and full compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of stockroom processes and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to fulfill inventory requests and support store operations

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in stock management or warehouse operations within a retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stockroom management
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
