Diptyque Paris seeks a Brand Ambassador in Vancouver to deliver luxury fragrance and beauty consulting with 3+ years retail experience. CAD $23–$24/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout all store areas, creating genuine and meaningful connections that enhance the overall experience
- Deliver expert product recommendations and styling advice grounded in comprehensive fragrance and beauty knowledge
- Drive sales through omnichannel engagement, leveraging store technology and mobile selling tools to connect with clients across all touchpoints
- Acquire and cultivate a personal client base through relationship-building, personalization, and proactive out-of-home base selling
- Execute opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising standards, and uphold health and safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support operational excellence and a positive work environment
- Educate self and clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services; promote benefits of the loyalty program
- Achieve individual and boutique KPI goals while maintaining client satisfaction benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the luxury retail industry, with beauty or fragrance experience preferred
- Proven track record of building client loyalty and delivering measurable sales results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Industry awareness and acute business acumen
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty and fragrance sector
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience in a luxury retail setting, preferably with exposure to beauty, fragrance, or skincare product categories. Demonstrated ability to strategize personal business development, maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth through both in-store and out-of-home-base engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in beauty, skincare, or fragrance consultation is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 24 per hour.
