Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout all areas of the store, establishing genuine and meaningful connections that reflect the brand's ethos
- Provide clients with expert product knowledge and styling advice, educating them on merchandise, events, promotions, and services
- Recommend fragrance and skincare products based on client preferences and expert understanding of Diptyque's offerings
- Execute seamless omnichannel selling by leveraging digital tools and store technology to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels
- Cultivate and grow a personal client base through personalized engagement and proactive follow-up using mobile devices and digital communication tools
- Demonstrate proficiency in out-of-home-base selling, strategizing business growth through strong client relationship development
- Graciously process returns and offer alternatives based on client needs, exemplifying luxury service standards
- Promote the Agree Your Style (AYS) program and achieve personal sales and boutique key performance indicators
- Maintain selling floor presentation, merchandise organization, and back-of-house operations while adhering to health and safety standards
- Complete opening and closing checklists, implement company policies and procedures, and support visual merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and deliver exceptional collective client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the luxury retail industry, with beauty experience preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable sales results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational capabilities
- Industry awareness and demonstrated business acumen within the luxury beauty and fragrance sector
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Education
