Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store, creating genuine and meaningful connections
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations tailored to individual client preferences
- Educate clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services
- Cultivate and expand the client base through relationship-building and retention initiatives
- Execute omnichanel selling strategies, leveraging digital tools and mobile technology to expand business
- Manage client returns graciously and offer alternative solutions based on client needs
- Promote the AYS loyalty program and achieve personal and boutique KPI goals
- Maintain operational excellence through floor management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional collective client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail, with beauty industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and generate measurable sales results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Industry awareness and sound business acumen
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance sector
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in the luxury retail sector, with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets. Beauty industry experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, hospitality, or beauty-related education is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
