Estée Lauder seeks a freelance Beauty Advisor in Toronto to deliver personalized beauty consultations and in-store experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair consultations, or fragrance consultations.
  • Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.

Qualifications

  • Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
