Role & Responsibilities
- Lead site technical execution of the commercialization process for new product launches, ensuring products are translated into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes meeting Estée Lauder Companies specifications, quality standards, and defined cost targets
- Provide site technical capability assessments, equipment constraint analysis, and manufacturing feasibility input to support manufacturing location and network decision-making
- Maintain cross-functional communication throughout commercialization to ensure site manufacturability, validated process parameters, and confirmed line readiness prior to product release
- Lead site pFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) risk assessments to proactively identify production risks and ensure mitigation actions are embedded into control plans and standard work
- Plan, execute, and document site-based engineering trials and end-to-end line verification runs, establish validated process parameters, confirm critical control points, and verify process capability
- Collaborate with Packaging Development, Brand Quality, Supplier Quality, R&D, and Process Development teams to translate product design intent into executable manufacturing processes
- Participate in dFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities with development teams to mitigate potential design failure and provide manufacturing feasibility input
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or new product development
- Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing techniques including Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Statistical Process Control
- Experience in filling and packaging technologies within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage industry
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work proactively with tight deadlines and deliver technical reports and presentations to director-level audiences
- Knowledge of packaging materials is advantageous

Experience
3 years of experience in new product development processes, project management, and manufacturing environments. Demonstrated proficiency in filling and packaging technologies within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage industries. Track record of managing engineering trials, process scale-up, and product commercialization initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
