Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expertly executed makeup applications and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer preferences and skin tones
- Deliver personalized skincare, fragrance, and hair consultation services that educate and inspire customers
- Collaborate with store teams to execute in-store events and product launches that drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned departments to enhance product presentation and competitiveness
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Foster authentic, welcoming interactions that reflect the brand's prestige positioning and values
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty consultation or makeup application
- Strong capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Right to live and work legally in Canada (proof required upon interview invitation)
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
