Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and skincare consultations using creative and technical expertise to deliver an inspirational in-store experience
- Deliver expert fragrance and hair consultations tailored to individual customer preferences and needs
- Support in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing sales team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the retail environment to ensure competitive brand presentation
- Process transactions and provide customer service using retail point-of-sale software
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and brand objectives
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application and/or beauty consultation
- Strong capability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale software experience
- Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Makeup artistry certification and/or prior retail makeup experience preferred but not required
