Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application, skincare advice, and fragrance or hair consultations to deliver an inspirational and welcoming in-store experience
- Educate customers on product benefits and features while ensuring authentic, personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive sales and engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Support a fast-paced retail environment by working flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in beauty, fragrance, skincare, or hair consultation
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Experience
