Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application, skincare advice, hair, and fragrance consultations to deliver an inspirational and educational in-store experience
- Collaborate with in-store teams to execute events and promotional activations that drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned departments to ensure the store presentation aligns with luxury brand positioning
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and maintain inventory integrity
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Retail experience preferred; amateur-level expertise with high creative and technical aptitude also considered
