Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a temporary, part-time Key Holder at The Cosmetics Company Store in Cookstown Tanger, Cookstown, Ontario. The role supports store management, coaches the sales team, handles opening and closing cash reconciliations, and opens and closes the store on a rota basis; eligible employees may receive the stated benefits and participate in an applicable commission or bonus plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform essential opening and closing cash reconciliations.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
