Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Key Holder in Halton Hills, Ontario. Lead retail operations, coach sales associates, and manage cash reconciliation in a prestige beauty store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient day-to-day operations of the retail location
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and reconciliation procedures
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring security and operational protocols are followed
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through team leadership and performance management
- Execute retail floor duties on a part-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Eligible to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required. Prior experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty is preferred. While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory or coaching experience in a retail environment is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required for retail supervisory roles; no additional formal education is specified as mandatory.
