Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Makeup Artist in Nisku, Alberta, for personalized beauty consultations, makeup artistry and in-store events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, drawing on creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Collaborate with the store team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 29 per hour.
