Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store consultations encompassing makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance guidance, and hair care recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Build and cultivate client relationships through authentic, inspirational engagement that educates customers on product benefits and brand heritage
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store presentation to maintain competitive advantage and reinforce brand positioning
- Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales impact and brand engagement

Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Canada
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in beauty consultation (makeup application, skincare, fragrance, or hair care)
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods is preferred but not required; amateur-level expertise with demonstrated creative and technical proficiency is welcome. Prior experience in makeup artistry, fragrance consultation, or skincare advisory roles is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in makeup artistry or related beauty disciplines are desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.75 to USD 28.55 per hour.
