Gucci Client Advisor (12-month contract) in Calgary, Alberta—luxury retail sales role combining client relationship management, product expertise, and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease through best-in-class in-store and remote service
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and strategically growing existing relationships through discovery of needs and aspirations
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth and relevant client experiences; collect meaningful client information to customize service delivery
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, effective selling techniques, and appropriate product selection using cross- and upselling strategies
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all touchpoints, including purchases, exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge through storytelling and expert styling advice; proactively attend training to remain current on product innovations
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver best-possible solutions
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, visual display standards, and POS accuracy
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Gucci grooming guidelines whilst maintaining loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Deep knowledge and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization to work in Canada
