Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes, escalating issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing resolutions
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures for transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTVs), and damage documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory by overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation activities
• Develop and propose ideas to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Support the sales team to ensure the highest level of client experience and service quality
• Communicate all discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis in accordance with company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique as required
• Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards and specifications
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, procedures, and security protocols

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
• Proven ability to inspire trust and foster teamwork
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated inventory management capability
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store management and team members
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, lift boxes, and perform other warehouse duties

Experience

3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail operations certification or training is advantageous

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 26 to CAD 27 per hour.
