Harry Rosen is hiring a Style Advisor for a full-time, permanent position at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga. The role focuses on personal and holistic selling, client relationships, repeat business, merchandising and appointment preparation. Compensation includes variable commission, variable team bonus and fixed base salary; starting average annual income is $50,000–$70,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales through holistic in-store selling, building customer relationships and repeat clientele.
- Demonstrate an interest in fashion, menswear and luxury.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of the Club Harry loyalty program.
- Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance.
- Use available resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients on their needs, including alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments.
- Prepare for appointments and client meetings by planning merchandise presentations and identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Retail clothing or footwear experience is preferred; 2–5 years is preferred.
- Experience in sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing or made-to-measure is preferred.
- A passion for creating exceptional online and in-store customer service experiences that encourage repeat business.
- Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply the skills acquired to daily work.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and using tech innovations to support retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
