Harry Rosen is hiring a Style Advisor for a permanent, full-time position at Carrefour Laval in Laval. The role focuses on developing menswear clientele, delivering exceptional service, driving sales and supporting store merchandising and maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and develop a clientele, delivering a superior service experience.
- Drive personal sales through holistic in-store selling, building customer relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate an interest in fashion, menswear and luxury.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of the Club Harry loyalty program.
- Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance.
- Use available resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients on their needs, including alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments.
- Prepare for each appointment and client meeting by planning merchandise to present and identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in retail clothing and footwear is preferred; 2–5 years is preferred.
- Experience in menswear retail departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
- A passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences online and in store.
- Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply the skills acquired to daily activities.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and using technological innovations to support retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment; 2–5 years of retail clothing and footwear experience is preferred.
