Harry Rosen is seeking a Style Advisor for its Vaughan Mills store in Vaughan, Ontario. This full-time, permanent role focuses on personal sales, client development and exceptional service across luxury menswear; compensation combines variable commission, variable team bonuses and a fixed base salary, with starting average annual income of $50,000–$70,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales through holistic in-store selling, build customer relationships and develop repeat clientele.
- Demonstrate an interest in fashion, menswear and luxury.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of the Club Harry Loyalty program.
- Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance.
- Use available resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients on their current needs, including alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments.
- Prepare for appointments and client meetings by planning merchandise presentations and creating opportunities for add-on sales.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Retail clothing or footwear experience preferred; 2–5 years preferred.
- Experience in sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing or made-to-measure is preferred.
- A passion for creating exceptional online and in-store customer service experiences that inspire repeat business.
- Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply acquired skills in daily work.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and using tech innovations to support retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
