Harry Rosen is seeking a Style Advisor to build a repeat clientele through personal, holistic selling and exceptional service, while supporting merchandising and store maintenance. The role includes preparing for appointments, following up on client needs, and promoting the Club Harry Loyalty program; full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and develop a clientele, delivering a superior service experience.
- Drive personal sales through holistic in-store selling, building customer relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate an interest in fashion, menswear and luxury.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of the Club Harry Loyalty program.
- Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance.
- Use available resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients on their current needs, including alterations, fittings and dedicated appointments.
- Prepare for appointments and client meetings by selecting merchandise to present and identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- 2–5 years of retail clothing or footwear experience preferred.
- Experience in sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing or made-to-measure is preferred.
- Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences online and in-store.
- Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply the acquired skills in daily activities.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and using technological innovations to support retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment; 2–5 years of retail clothing or footwear experience preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
