Holt Renfrew seeks an Audit and Control Associate in Mississauga, ON for cash office, financial controls, and audit compliance work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls following company standards and accurately route to recipients or deliver messages in a timely manner
- Maintain phone directory for location and oversee repairs of technical systems including POS equipment
- Provide financial support through banking reconciliation, invoice coding, petty cash management, and chargeback investigations
- Manage Customer's Own Goods and other No Inventory Value/No Charge tracking
- Ensure general office practices are maintained and workplace is neat and tidy to mitigate loss
- Perform department audits of company policies and procedures and provide follow-up support to ensure compliance
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of previous work experience in a similar environment; retail experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
