Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver exceptional service and exceed all personal and brand sales targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through strategic acquisition, development, and retention of customers
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
- Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing events, and making assortment recommendations to store management
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge, vendor, and corporate training seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-up
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management on matters outside of standard guidelines
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
